• Are we really locked in the room?

    No, if there is an emergency you will be able to exit the room on your own.

  • What do we win if we escape the room in time?

    You win the ability to inform others that through your master sleuthing abilities your team was able to bring your epic journey to a successful conclusion (also known as bragging rights).

  • When do we need to arrive?

    You must arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time in order to go through orientation for your room, sign waivers, and familiarize yourself with the rules. We have a tight booking schedule, so the clock will begin counting down at your scheduled time. Please don’t lose your game minutes by being late. At the end of the game, plan on spending an additional 15 minutes for pictures and debriefing.

  • Do you offer company team building?

    Yes! We work closely with companies to offer their employees a unique team building experience. Please contact us for details.

  • Can you accommodate team competitions?

    Yes, we love the competitive spirit of team competitions and will work with groups to customize a challenge that will pit one team against another.

  • How much are tickets for the escape rooms?

    Tickets for the 60 minute challenges are $27 each.

  • Can we book the entire room, or will we be teamed up with other people?

    The rooms are best suited for 8 players. If there are less than 8 players in your group, you are welcome to purchase the remaining slots making it a private room. If you have less than 8 players in your group but don’t want to purchase the remaining slots, other people may join your group. This is a great opportunity to make new friends!

  • Do you accept walk-ins?

    Yes, walk-ins are welcome. Please note, however, that our schedule books quickly. We will make every effort to accommodate you, but online reservations are recommended.

  • Is there an age limit?

    Yes, people under 18 need to be accompanied by an adult. The Captain’s Quarters is geared for people 16 and over.

  • Can I make changes to my reservation once I have booked it?

    Yes, we will work with you to reschedule to a different date/time.

  • Do you offer gift certificates?

    Yes! Please call or email us to purchase gift certificates.

  • Can I cancel my reservation once I have booked it?

    While there are no cancellations, we will be happy to work with you to find another time to come in and experience The Room Upstairs.

  • Are there rules for the rooms?

    Yes, these rules can be found here and will be explained in greater detail when you arrive early for your orientation. Please note that cell phones are not allowed in the escape rooms. Photography and recording devices are not allowed in the escape rooms. Intoxicated players will be refused the right to play. Rooms are monitored remotely. Destructive behavior is forbidden and will terminate your game.
